General Repairs
Tenants are required to immediately report all maintenance and/or repair work when it happens and not just at the end of the tenancy, no matter how small. This can be reported either filling out the form below or email to us directly for non-urgent or general repair work. Requests will be acknowledged by text or email. If you do not receive confirmation, please resubmit your request.
Please be advised no other method of reporting will be accepted.
It is tenant's responsibility to let us know if a repair or maintenance request has not been rectified within 7 days of request so we can chase up the tradesperson responsible.
NOTE: If a repair request is reported and it is caused by neglect from you or any visitors, you will be responsible for the payment of the account. For example, power failure due to one of your faulty appliances, or a foreign object blocking toilets, including items such as (but not limited to) excess toilet paper, toys, baby/face wipes, sanitary items.
Emergency Repairs

Please Note: The legislation is specific about what constitutes an emergency repair and it's important that you know that should the issue not be deemed an emergency, you will be responsible for the account.
